Our office is in beautiful Northwest Arkansas surrounded by the Ozark Mountains and Beaver Lake. We have been in our new office at 201 South 19th Street, Suite S in Rogers since May of 2000. Prior to May 2000 we had been located in a smaller office at 13th Street and Walnut in Rogers. There are two surgery rooms and four combination exam/treatment rooms in our office. We are generally in the office Monday through Friday from 8:30 to 5:00 p.m. We see patients on Monday and Wednesday and perform surgery and patient treatments on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. We are currently applying for certification by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care.
